L'équipe Talents IT s'engage à être réactive et présente pour répondre à vos demandes. Nos consultants ont pour vocation de vous accompagner dans la recherche de vos futurs experts IT, en CDI et en CDD, quel que soit votre secteur d'activité.
**Description du poste**:
Directement rattaché au CTO, vous avez comme principales missions : - Aider les prospects à tester les solutions de l'entreprise en phase avant-vente (expliquer la technologie)
- Être le garant de l'implémentation des solutions chez les clients en mettant en place l'organisation du projet d'intégration en coordonnant l'avancée sur les différents sujets (juridique, marketing, produit et IT) et en vous assurant de la bonne prise en main de l'outil par le client
- Remonter les différentes problématiques d'intégration, afin de minimiser l'impact sur l'équipe tech
- Collecter retours clients et utilisateurs - Participer à l'animation de la communauté d'utilisateurs et vous soutenez les clients dans leurs actions de promotion des outils
**Description du profil**:
De Formation BAC+5, vous avez une première expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire. Vous êtes capable de gérer une relation client dans un environnement complexe (nombreux interlocuteurs, sujets très variés). Dynamique et force de proposition vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement international dans lequel vous serez amené à parler anglais.
