Are you a **Technical Writer** who thrives at the intersection of clarity, content structure, and cutting-edge AI?
LumApps is building the future of the employee experience with our innovative intranet hub, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our multicultural team in the heart of **Paris**. You'll be central to creating clear, world-class documentation for our expanding platform, including our exciting fusion with **Beekeeper**
- Available Locations: Paris (preferred), Lyon, Lille, Sophia Antipolis, Krakow, London, Barcelona, Hamburg._
**Missions**
- **Master Structured Content**: You'll work extensively with **structured writing in DITA** to create precise, modular, and highly maintainable documentation.
- **Embrace AI-Powered Efficiency**: We use **semi-automated AI translation** workflows. You'll also be part of our transition to implement **Positron AI** to automate targeted, repetitive tasks, freeing you up for higher-value writing.
- **Own the Publishing Process**: You'll publish content directly to our **documentation website, which is built on the LumApps platform**—giving you a direct view of the user experience.
- **Champion Best Practices**: Collaborate with a **multicultural team** of experts who are passionate about **mínimalist writing and industry best practices** to ensure our documentation is clear, effective, and user-focused.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a **Technical Writer**, ideally working with **DITA** or other structured authoring systems.
- A mindset that embraces new technologies, automation, and efficiency.
- **Fluency in English**; French is a strong plus.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, **user-centric documentation**.
