**_Are you a leader within Sales ready to lead sales to the Fintech and Financial Institutions market in France. You will sell GPS technology solutions to Financial Institutions (Digital, Neobank, Tier 1/2/3 and new challenger financial services providers), Fintechs and Payment Service Providers._**

**_ Working within our New Business Team, you'll lead our European expansion in France by working with and selling to some of the industry's most cutting-edge companies and leading brand names._**

**Your responsibilities**
- You will own the go to market strategy and sales plan for your territory / market segments, and work with other business functions (Product, Marketing, Finance, Delivery) to support delivery of the plan.
- Build & maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit in year sales target and support the company's growth ambition
- Work with partners across the ecosystem to deliver your sales plan - be an evangelist for GPS
- You will regularly hit sales target and ideally exceed sales target
- You will own and understand the metrics for your territory and be to make informed decisions based on the metrics.
- You will ensure the timely & accurate updating of Salesforce and the provision of Sales Reporting to monitor pipeline progression and support financial forecasting
- Be a strong leader and advocate for Sales across the business.
**Skills, Ability and Experience - Core Abilities**
- **A strong ability to seek to build and maintain a network at key stakeholder level (especially a senior level) across the target market (Banks, Fintechs & Payment Providers).**:
- You will be able to seek out new connections or business using innovative methods
- You will be great networker and be able to turn these to viable leads
- You will have a curious mind and use this curiosity to enthuse others (internally and externally) about GPS and the product
- When selling you will use a consultative sales approach
- Able to build compelling value (ROI) based proposals with prospects based.
- Confident engaging with people at any level especially presenting at C-Suite level
- You will lead by example and take intuitive within the organisation to bring new ideas and processes forwards
- Strong business & commercial understanding
- Strong Market knowledge / able to provide valuable insights to prospects and partners
**Experience**
- Proven success in selling large (multi-year recurring revenue) technology (ideally payments) solutions to Banks, Financial Institutions, Fintechs.
- Some experience within a Card / payment processing companies, Banking Technology, Consultants, Bank, Fintech or Scheme
- You have been part of cross functional teams on deal pursuits.
- Within an organisation you have independently sold using a consultative, value Based Solution Sales (e.g. using MEDDICC,)
- You have strong financial acumen and understand P&L, B/S, Cash Flow and understand how to build ROI / Investment Cases
