A newly established brand dedicated to developing innovative hair dryer technology is looking for a Regional Head (North America and Europe)

**Job description**:

- Develop the brand vision and strategy, and articulate the vision and objective to the team and partners
- Lead the marketing team and (PR, marketing) agency partners to create breakthrough consumer and professional communications in all touchpoints, from traditional media to digital data driven activations
- Own content generation, identify key opportunities, and build plans to action
- Coordinate all marketing related content, messaging and direction across the company and it's channels to ensure consistent messaging aligned with target groups
- Work closely with sales department to develop sales forecast for the Brand, from organic and project related activities
- Manage brand awareness, penetration rates, as well as social media KPI's like engagement and follower base.
- Partner with sales team to ensure correct promotional, channel marketing and account support is in place to reach objectives.
- Provide Consumer Market Insight research plan in the US and EU region.
- Provide performance and data analysis for future product development and market need-gaps
- Own accuracy of budgets and roll up of the product lines with finance.
- Coach the brand marketing team members and elevate skill set.
- Encourage collaboration and help break down barriers to performance.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and positive morale on the team.

Qualifications**:

- Experienced team leader with 7-10 years experience successfully guiding strategic marketing, branding, and product management
- Understanding and appreciation of fashion or premium lifestyle industries
- Exceptional financial acumen required including experience with budgeting and P&L management
- Strategic thinker and effective communicator at all levels of the organization
- Proven leadership skills including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem including Social Media, CRM, ecommerce and content
- Superior leadership and communication skills. Need to be able to articulate clear business directions and strategies, to liaise between different teams, and facilitate the creative process at all levels
- Experience of growing a new brand from 0 to 1 is preferred

Pay: 8,000.00€ - 12,000.00€ per month
