**Description du poste**
Hello We are looking to hire our future **Sourcing Administrative Assistant W/M**
**You will support the Global Sourcing functions through different tasks: reporting, monitoring, processes updates. You will also manage digital platforms and communication of the Global Sourcing department.**
**Main areas of responsibility**:
- ** Updating and manage reportings**
- Support in the set-up of internal and external processes to reach Global Sourcing objectives (reporting, monitoring, formalization)
- In charge of Sourcing reporting and upload into the Sourcing Web site
- Ensure that all sourcing processes are available and up-to-date in the Sourcing web site
- Propose continuous improvement on data organization (dashboard maintenance) as well as intranet & internal communications management
- Support the daily actions and data maintenance into the Global Sourcing tools
- ** Update the shipping Instructions platform** and communicate with the Distribution Centers and PPP (Production Planning & Procurement) regarding logistics transversal topics
- ** Support to the global team**
- Support brands and coordinate packaging topics at transversal level (regulations, harmonization)
- Organize meetings and seminars

**_ Votre principale missio sera d'apporter du soutien à l'équipe Global sourcing par el biais de différentes tâches : reporting, pilotage et mise à jour de process. Vous prendrez aussi en charge_**_ la mise à jour des plateformes digitales et la communication du service Global Sourcing._**
**_ Vos principales missions:_**
- **_ Gestion et mise à jour des reportings_**
- _ Apporter son soutien dans la mise en place de process internes et externes dans le but d’atteindre les objectifs du Global Sourcing (reporting, pilotage, formalisation)_
- _ Réaliser le reporting du Sourcing et charger les données dans le site internet dédié _
- _S’assurer que tous les process Sourcing sont disponibles et à jour sur le site internet du Sourcing_
- _ Proposer des améliorations concernant l’organisation des données (mettre à jour les données du tableau de bord) ainsi que la communication interne relative au Sourcing et l’intranet _
- **_ Mettre à jour la plateforme d’Amer Sports dédiée aux Instructions d’Expédition_**_ et communiquer avec les entrepôts et les PPP (Production Planning & Procurement) concernant les sujets logistiques transverses_
- **_ Support à l'équipe Global Sourcing_**
- _ Apporter son soutien aux marques du Groupe et coordonner les sujets relatifs aux emballages au niveau transverse (réglementation, harmonisation)_
- _ Organiser les réunions et séminaires_
**Qualifications** Essential Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an administrative assistant in the industrial sector, with exposure to Sourcing/Supply Chain processes.
- Mandatory experience in an international environment.
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
- Understanding of Sourcing/Supply Chain processes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with the Adobe package is advantageous.

- _ Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant qu'assistant administratif dans le secteur industriel, avec une exposition aux processus d'approvisionnement/logistique._
- _ Expérience obligatoire dans un environnement international._
- _ Compréhension des processus d'approvisionnement/logistique._
