LE RÔLE

Définir, mettre en œuvre et suivre la méthodologie de projet de divers programmes industriels de modernisation de la flotte et d'amélioration continue.

RESPONSABILITÉS

**Vous devez**:
Respecter l'IMS et toutes les règles et réglementations internationales pertinentes

Assurer toutes vos tâches conformément aux politiques de qualité, de santé, de sécurité, d'environnement et d'éthique

Proposer un plan d'amélioration continue des performances qui fera l'objet d'un rapport et d'un examen périodiques

**Mettre en œuvre et assurer le suivi**:
d'un modèle de gouvernance

du plan directeur du programme et des divers plans de projet régulièrement

des indicateurs clés de performance

Organiser et suivre les activités des projets (check-lists dédiées, dossiers de suivi de projets spécifiques, planning...)

Identifier et mettre en œuvre une méthodologie de gestion des risques

Produire des rapports périodiques

Mettre en place une gestion du contrôle des changements de périmètre

Organiser et gérer les différentes réunions du projet selon le modèle de gouvernance convenu

Gérer les procès-verbaux des réunions lorsque cela est nécessaire

Aider la direction à contrôler les différents coûts associés aux projets.

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES

Master en ingénierie ou en commerce

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire de PMO, sur des projets importants et complexes, dans un contexte international

Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique et autonome

Vous avez une attitude de collaboration et d'esprit d'équipe

Bonne présentation et organisation, compétences en matière de communication (verbale, écrite et écoute), capacité à travailler avec tous les niveaux de personnel et dans divers domaines d'activité.
