**Primary Responsibilities And Duties**

We are seeking a **Corporate Communications Specialist** to join our communications team. This full-time, office-based position will report to the Communications Manager and focus on enhancing our internal & external communications strategy. The role involves working across multiple platforms, media channels, and liaising closely with senior leadership. This will involve:

- Messaging & Content Creation: Developing and implementing communication projects that align with the company’s brand, values, and goals. Create content for press releases, newsletters, websites, social media, and other channels, both internal and external.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence by developing a content strategy, creating posts, and ensuring timely and relevant messaging across our website and on our social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Campaign Management & Reporting: Plan and execute communications campaigns, both internal and external, to promote key company milestones, product launches, and events. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Market & Competitor Monitoring: Regularly assess competitor communication strategies and market trends to adapt the company’s external messaging and identify new opportunities for engagement.

**Additional Duties**
- External Partnerships & Stakeholder Communication: Engage with external stakeholders, including industry bodies, government agencies, and community organizations, to strengthen relationships and maintain a positive public image.
- Reputation Management: Monitor the company’s perception, identifying potential issues and developing strategies to address concerns. Work closely with colleagues and senior management to ensure consistent, accurate messaging at all times.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in communications, media relations, or public relations, with a strong focus on social media.
- Experience with content creation and digital media tools (e.g., Adobe suite of products, Canva).

Competencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging and clear messages for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting on communications metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and effectively manage time and tasks.

**Qualifications**

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Certifications: Digital Marketing, Media Relations, or related certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Academy, Meta Blueprint, X Ads Academy).
