You are an expert in all creator and sports & gaming related areas, and you have a deep knowledge of TikTok, both from a product and content perspective. This role requires someone who is passionate about video and creativity, who is flexible, data driven and comfortable working with various stakeholders on multiple projects at the same time. You also have a deep understanding of the specific challenges related to the creator industry, and have solid existing relationships in the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee a portfolio of new and existing Top Creators and Public Figures, providing support including communication of content best practices and ways to succeed on TikTok
- Generate leads and onboard new top creators and public figures across sports and gaming
- Increase content quality and quantity for dedicated group of creators, launch innovative activations and track performances rigorously
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners to develop, build and execute content programs with Top Creators and Public Figures
- Contribute to new processes for improving current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale the community
- Support new feature launches, by encouraging product adoption among creators
- Share experience, case studies and learnings internally with other team members, and advocate for this typology of creator
- Master the internal system, both in-app and back-end tools and leverage towards optimizing content output
- Champion partner feedback to Operations and Product teams

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a creator management or digital role, with deep knowledge of TikTok

- Have an insider understanding of the creator industry, and a clear idea of the positioning and competitiveness comparison of each product
- Have a clear understanding of the business model and know how this specific role contributes to the whole process
- Are familiar with content strategy and able to identify potential risks and opportunities when reviewing creator content
- Able to understand the whole picture of Creator landscape
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders
- Experience with cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to adapt to business needs and work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Ability to facilitate training and workshops to help Top Creators and Public Figures
- Know how to formulate and seek feedback
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Deep analytical skills
- Fluent French speaker ; Fluent in English ; Paris based
