**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

**As the HRIS Analyst, you will**:

- Maintain and update the HRIS (Workday), ensuring its alignment with organizational needs.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed technical requirements.
- Partner with HR, IT, and Finance teams to develop and implement technology solutions that improve and automate HR processes.
- Manage backlog and support the implementation of the second phase of Workday, ensuring efficient data integration and system use.
- Administer the ticketing system and manage enterprise data loading processes, including the Enterprise Integration Builder.
- Support IT project management for the implementation of new HRIS modules and system upgrades.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and end-user access across all HR platforms.
- Conduct continuous system audits and identify areas for improvement in system performance and user experience.
- Provide support for critical system maintenance and day-to-day operational tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal HRIS Analyst has**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Workday.
- Strong experience in managing HR systems and IT project management, especially system implementation.
- Expertise in handling backlog, ticketing systems, and data management (including Enterprise Integration Builder).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, system security, and system efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders from HR, IT, and Finance.
- Workday experience is a significant plus.
