Role Overview

The successful Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying and prospecting business opportunities, with an eye for bringing new revenue through existing and new customers.

Reporting into the Head of Sales for the EMEA region, you will be in charge of selling BTCS's software solutions to clients within the trading, banks and brokers community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed Sales Targets
- Manage the entire sales process for identified prospects, from initial contact through closure
- Identify and nurture new logo acquisitions over longer periods
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to gather and understand requirements, prepare demos, organize follow-ups, etc.
- Development and support of account planning, understand client strategy and coordinate relationships between Itiviti management and accounts
- Work closely with Marketing to produce sales collateral required for the target market;
- Involve other internal or external stakeholders and the Executive management team as required

Your Profile
- Bachelor of Arts, software engineering or business school
- 2 to 5 years experience, preferably within the electronic trading industry with Sell-side and Buy-side institutions
- Good overall knowledge of the software industry within Financial markets Industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing new business
- Solid understanding of solution selling
- Understanding and driving a sales process
- Capability to analyse needs
- Excellent customer service, listening and negotiation skills
- Capability to bring extra value to what they do
- Autonomy
- Strong collaboration/teamwork skills
- Advanced level of English, additional language would be a plus
