Notre client, belle start up en pleine croissance, recherche un Sales Executive pour rejoindre ses équipes.

En tant que Sales Executive, tes fonctions seront les suivantes:

- Traiter et qualifier les leads entrants générés pas les actions marketing.
- Construire et maintenir un pipe commercial grand comptes pertinent.
- Apporter une expertise commerciale pointue afin de raccourcir le cycle de vente et signer un nombre important de grands comptes
- Gérer de manière autonome le cycle de vente.
- Analyser l'efficacité des actions pour améliorer continuellement nos outils et process, en relation directe avec notre équipe marketing
- Prospecter de manière complémentaire aux leads existants par le biais de différents outils (mass mailing, cold-mailing, cold calling, Réseaux sociaux) en partenariat avec le département marketing.
- Mener une veille commerciale
- Suivre et mettre à jour le CRM pour réaliser un reporting hebdomadaire de l’activité commerciale.

Ayant au minimum 3 années d'expériences en tant que Sales Executive, tu maîtrises les cycles deventes grands comptes. Ton expérience a été idéalement acquise au sein d'un environnement RH.

Tu es curieux, dynamique, rigoureux et persévérant.

Tu es un team player et tu recherches un poste davec des belles perspectives d'évolutions.

Tu as un niveau d'anglais courant.

Tu es à l'aise avec l'utilisation quotidienne d'un CRM

2 jours de télétravail par semaine.

Variable jsuqu'à 30% du fixe.
