- Develop and close small deals with prospect & existing customers
**Retention**:
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn
**Relationship Management**:
- Assist our low-tier customers during their journey
- Follow-up on renewals
**Who are you ?**:
- You already have 1+ year of experience working closely with a large base of customers, ideally in Customer Care or Customer Support and are able to negotiate with them
- You have strong analytical and redactional skills, helping you understand and manage our customer's needs
- You are autonomous, team-player and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- You speak fluent English and French & Italian
- Having experience working with Salesforce is a strong “nice to have”
