**The role**:
**Support business development logistics**
- Update and manage client and prospects databases (CRM) and virtual due diligence platform (Intralinks), take part in the implementation of the firm-wide CRM
- Manage relationship with external service providers, invoices and the team’s budget
- Assist in events’ planning and organisation (Investors’ Annual Meeting, conferences, etc.), monitor Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Debt events in Europe
- Order and send marketing decks

**Assist in the execution of the communication strategy**
- Manage corporate website: maintenance, draft graphic design, optimisation
- Liaise with journalists, event organisers, marketing data providers to promote Access Capital Partners and increase the firm’s visibility on the Internet and in specialised magazines, journals, reviews and conferences
- Manage Access Capital Partners’ LinkedIn page
- Assist in targeted market monitoring (competitors, Access Capital Partners in the press)

**Handle day-to-day support needs for client servicing**
- Undergraduate degree (Bac +2/Bac+3) in Marketing/Communication with ideally 1-3 years previous experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Ability to multitask and proactively operate and coordinate in a role requesting strong organisational skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative
- Curious about private equity, infrastructure, private debt, sustainable investing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in both French & English
