- Reporting to the Operations Lead.
- Responsible for the operations and support for delivery of the project
- Establish relationships with suppliers
- Integrate the production schedule with the delivery schedule communicate with the client to enforce with the production lead.
- Learn and adapt our systems to book transportation
- Close working relationships with the warehouse teams to prepare the venue loads ready for dispatch to venue
- Working alongside the venue teams to understand trucking requirements materials.
- Book mechanical handling requirements in venue
- Ensure the suppliers and drivers understand the process for access and accreditation.
- Manage the VAPPS and MDS requirements (with the ops team execs)
- Advise & research the product specifications to be aligned with the sustainability objectives.
- Working engineers and manufacturers for installation and logistics of temporary structures
- Ensure all products are ‘fit for purpose”
- Integration with the venues team to receive scope information to prepare for production.
- Data integration and management for production within Quest.
- Build relationships with suppliers to ensure quality control and regular reporting procedures.
- Identify risks within the operational supply chain, provide mitigating solutions and options.
- Create close working relationships with P24 personnel in each venue to facility project requirements
- Provision of all details to the operations team (to enable the booking of crews, equipment and deliveries)
- Input data onto Quest and other IT systems.
- Manage budget controls to maintain the expected margins within the supply chain.
- Management of client expectations through clear communication and co-ordination: creating presentations and documents for the client.
- Support the Social and Sustainability manage to engage our team in our social purpose ambitions and the second life and legacy of the Look of the Games
