Sustainability & Market Development Intern (All Genders) in Paris

**This internship is for a minimum of** **6 months**, starting as soon as possible. You will gain hands-on experience in market development, sustainability & central policy while working in a dynamic and international team.

**GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM**

You will be part of our **Market Development team**, which works to build relationships with key cities across Europe and the Middle East. The team works cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, including Operations, Product and Tech teams to make TIER-Dott the most responsible and sustainable micromobility operator. In this role, you will focus on advancing our sustainability goals and supporting central policy initiatives.

**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT**
- Support data collection and analysis for company-wide carbon footprint calculations.
- Contribute to local emissions reporting through structured data assessments.
- Coordinate ESG data input and assist with recurring reporting.
- Assist in preparing urban planning analyses and proposals.

**YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education & Experience**:

- Ongoing or completed studies in Business, Sustainability, Urban Planning or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in sustainability or data analysis is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with G-Suite office tools (or similar), spreadsheets, or databases.
- Additional data analysis skills (SQL, Tableau, GIS) are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail in conducting analyses and maintaining documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects.

**Language & Location**:

- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Based in Paris, France (onsite internship).
