En tant que Customer Services, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Gestion des commandes manuellement et par le biais d'un système EDI,
- Mission de s'assurer de la satisfaction client,
- Travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement pour maintenir son bon fonctionnement. Travail en collaboration avec les équipes logistique, vente et production,
- Préparation des rapports réguliers et conserver des enregistrements précis des commandes.
- Au moins une expérience dans le service client ou dans la gestion de commandes,
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe,
- Forte appétence pour la relation client,
- Bonne communication et bon relationnel,
- Vous maîtrisez SAP,
- Maîtrise du Pack Office et en particulier Excel,
- Très bon niveau en anglais indispensable.
