**The key responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Representative will include**:

- Setting sales, marketing and communication strategies
- Planning and executing ongoing business development initiatives
- Translating challenges faced by clients into clear value propositions
- Providing support on proposals and other BD initiatives as required
- Dealing with day-to-day sales of learning products/services yachting industry
- Responsible for the following tools: website
- Working hand in hand with marketing and communications team
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales and digital marketing experience not required but must be keen to learn
- An understanding of or client facing experience in the learning space is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and G-Suite tools (eg. Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Experience in a sales and marketing role.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Good writing skills.
- Passion to achieve targets and objectives.
- A valid driving license.
- Fluency in the French and the English language
