In this role, you will be the tactical interface to ensure execution of IT Domain service delivery to Business Area, Division, Country Lead Business and GBS IS Domains for a country or across a cluster. You will ensure overall business satisfaction with existing IT Domain services.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Acting as single point of contact (SPOC) towards customer for all hosting, connectivity, security and data and analytics needs, such as consulting on standard requests, collecting and prioritizing non-standard demand as well as qualifying and prioritizing requirements.
- Being responsible for service delivery and business management by owning and monitoring IS service delivery targets within IT Domain scope.
- Coordinating the delivery of IS business facing services to meet the required levels of quality.
- Supporting the implementation of IS Strategy and the ABB IS Enterprise Architecture.
- Ensuring satisfaction with IS services by assessing expectations, verifying that actions are taken to close any gaps, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of IS service.
- Being responsible to act in compliance with Corporate IS Regulation and IS Policies; with ABB Regulations and ABB Guidelines of which accountability and responsibility for this position are derived; and with any other Internal Control regulations that may be assigned.
- Ensuring Global Service Delivery teams adhere to IS process framework and governance model.
- Being responsible for delivering information on time and material orders delivered by third-party agencies.

**Your background**:

- Holder of IT Engineer title.
- At least 5 years of experience in IS.
- Fluent in English and French.
- No obstacles for travelling; rarely, to meet the stakeholders.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
