OPT'IN recherche pour son client, belle PME industrielle en forte croissance à Montpellier, un.e Customer Service Account Manager.

Leader dans son domaine, la société est spécialisée dans l’industrie électronique, son développement s’appuie sur l’innovation, un management participatif et le développement humain.

A ce poste d'Account Manager vous avez la responsabilité de la bonne gestion de son portefeuille clients en support de l’équipe commerciale.
Vous avez pour mission de collecter et fiabiliser les prévisionnels de vente, définir et mettre en oeuvre des opérations commerciales, et de maintenir une bonne relation client, afin d’assurer la croissance commerciale et la satisfaction client.

Votre profil ?

De formation commerciale (licence au minimum), vous avez une expérience probante (au moins 3 années) dans une fonction similaire en gestion de comptes client.
Vous parlez couramment anglais (niveau C1 minimum) ce qui vous permet d'être à l'aise avec les clients internationaux du groupe.
Vous avez également un très bon niveau d'excel.

Vos compétences relationnelles, votre gestion du temps et votre sens de la priorisation vous permettront de réussir à ce poste.
