**Work description**

You will work as a Partner & Alliances Director on the French Sales Team with a focus on **creating pipeline and revenue generating strategic partnerships** with key **Consulting, ISV, Implementation, BPO and Systems Integration partners in the Procurement, P2P and Source to Pay marketplace** with a primary focus on the **Microsoft Dynamics partner ecosystem.**

Strong selling skills and existing relationships will be pivotal in this role.

The individual will ideally (though not essential) be well versed in the AP Automation, Invoice Automation with a broad understanding of P2P market and have experience managing partners while navigating a complex SaaS sales process involving both internal and external stakeholders. Understanding how our product can fit with the prospect business processes and partner ecosystems will be crucial.

Past experience as a hunter in a direct-selling role will also be helpful. You will be responsible for developing enterprise-level leads & opportunities within your partner community throughout France and working closely with an established enterprise sales team.

**Some of the tasks include**:

- Manage the ongoing day to day relationship with a defined group of Tier 1 partners
- Identify, approach, assess and engage with identified strategic partners (ISV, SI, etc).
- Evangelise & deliver Medius value propositions, and negotiating contracts
- Generating pipeline from a partner network while developing new partnerships.
- Working closely with direct sales, product marketing, and other teams within the organisation to ensure continuity and regimented growth
- Product demonstrations and/or facilitating functional & technical meetings for partners and prospects
- Performing web-based and on-site meetings presenting to finance, procurement, and IT executives
- Manage a rapidly growing funnel with direct sales and reporting progress weekl

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Build business Plans that encompass the entire partner lifecycle and functional areas, including: awareness, recruitment, enablement, operations, to/through partner marketing, Go-To-Market, Sales, Cross-Sell/Up-Sell and Customer Satisfaction
- Drive a standard Executive Rhythm of the Business and Score carding processing based upon the Partner Business Plan; including: weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews and report roll ups
- Experienced in building and driving GTM campaigns through partnerships
- Lead Exec Engagement with named partner and drive aligned executive engagement across VP and C-Level Execs within the assigned partnership and Medius executives

**Requirements for the position**:

- Minimum 4 -5 years of selling SaaS AP, Invoice/Payments Automation solutions in a Alliances and Partnerships Management role
- General knowledge of IT systems, ERP systems, and their related ecosystems in particular
