**About the Kings League** Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences. **Main Responsibilities** - Venue logistics, vendor coordination and overall event development, collaborating with various departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency and ensure smooth running of events. - Provide support in planning the operations and service needs necessary for the type of event. - Support the production team with the needs that arise in live programs. - Search and negotiate with suppliers for the contracting of required services (e.g. transportation, security, etc.). - Manage and coordinate the staff (internal and external) that will participate in the execution of each event. - Manage all event operations (preparing the venue, services, etc.) based on the guidelines and requirements of each case. - Perform the necessary final checks to ensure that everything is ready for the start day of the event. - Resolve with agility any incident during the execution of the event. - Analyze the outcome/success of the event and propose actions to correct inefficiencies and/or improve future editions. **Requirements**: - At least 3 years of experience in event organization and/or audiovisual production. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. - Implement, follow and document processes, plans and ideas. - Availability to work weekends. - Be a highly organized person, with good office and Excel skills. - Ability to create and maintain a cohesive and positive culture within the team while ensuring that all members know what is expected of them. - Knowledge of the streamer/Kings League world.
