**Position Overview**

You will report to Piano’s Global Director, People and Organization, based in the USA. You will contribute to the elaboration of the global HR strategy and drive its local implementation, in a context of transformation and growth. You will have significant scope to develop and implement innovative HR initiatives, drawing on your strategic and operational expertise. As the Director of HR France, you will be a key member of the French Management Committee.

**What You'll Do as HRBP**
- Lead and grow a highly capable Business Partners team to align with our teams globally.
- Partner with senior business executives to design and deliver people plans that improve effectiveness, anticipate hiring and development needs, and help achieve overall business goals.
- Collaborate across People Solutions teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, etc.) to deploy timely, effective, and scalable programs to grow the business.
- Lead initiatives with global scalability aimed at enhancing the employee and leadership experience.
- Develop and assess KPIs to proactively coach leadership on engagement and productivity trends that enable managers to be more agile and effective - i.e. new hire assessments, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Drive the annual compensation programs to focus strategically on key employee retention and rewards.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to identify skill gaps and deploy programs to suit the specific needs of leadership and team members.
- Proactively advise leaders in employee life-cycle areas such as hiring, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
- Metrics-driven business consultation to influence and coach leadership on people and trends.

**What You'll Do as HR Director**
- Compensation and Benefits. Administer and oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Employment Law and Compliance. Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Employee Experience. Develop creative and innovative employee experience initiative to position the office as our center of excellence. Act as a steward of the Piano brand and culture.
- Retention and Succession Planning. Minimize turnover by maximizing employee engagement, appreciation, training, and growth opportunities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting. Partner with payroll and operations leadership to strategize, plan, and implement reporting for resourcing, headcount, and office operations in Argentina.
- Training and Development. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, and initiatives to support internal training and development.
- Develop social dialogue, in particular by chairing the Works Council.
