We are looking for a** CRM Manager.**

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Track CRM health metrics, make fixes if necessary;
- Generating hypotheses and preparing their descriptions;
- Improving funnel from registrations to confirmation and sales;
- Segmentation of clients and analysis of client metrics;
- Creating and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains;
- Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results;
- Interacting with UX, copywriters, development, data analyst teams;
- Development of new communication channels;
- Tracking mailbox provider requirements and ensuring SDG products adhere to them;
- Managing internal project tasks for the development team and related departments;
- Collaborating with the CRM team to establish user contact policies that enhance deliverability;
- Optimizing the internal SMTP server cluster, including workload planning and scaling or infrastructure improvements;
- Controlling and reporting on the budget for deliverability-related services.

**We expect from you**:

- Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI-systems;
- Experience with hypotheses (generation, testing);
- Experience with SQL;
- Understanding the main CRM metrics;
- English level B1+;
- Russian level C1.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
