**About the Company**:
A service provider offering blockchain node access for various projects/companies/developers in the European, Asian, and US markets.
**What is important to us**:
- English proficiency at a minimum of Upper-Intermediate level - essential
- At least 3 years of experience in account management in IT, SaaS, or blockchain industries.
- Understanding of blockchain technologies (experience with blockchain nodes or infrastructure projects will be an advantage).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and a high level of self-organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and develop relationships with current clients: provide consulting, assist with service usage, resolve issues, extend contracts.
- Handle incoming client requests, assist with API integration and account setup.
- Support clients at all stages of collaboration: from registration to addressing technical and organizational issues.
- Collect and analyze client feedback, suggest service improvements based on their needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and service upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and commercial) to address client requests.
- Prepare reports and regular updates on client interaction status.
- Maintain client records in the CRM system.
