Synthesis of Inorganic Materials for Battery

**We are counting on you for**:
- Participating in the conception of the work program and proposing improvements based on literature reviews.
- Anticipating the safety aspects of the experiments.
- Performing laboratory trials to test different methods of synthesizing inorganic materials.
- Performing and interpreting results from analytical characterizations on the synthesized materials (XRD, TGA, electrochemical performance, particle size analysis, microscopy).
- Interacting with different team members.
- Communication of technical results (writing and oral presentations)
- Respecting and contributing to improving the safety rules and quality procedures related to your position.
**You can count on us for**:
- You will be fully integrated into the FIM - Functional Inorganic Materials - department and will participate in the daily activities of the laboratory. You will be required to collaborate closely with transversal teams (Analysis, HSE - Health, Safety, and Environment service, maintenance service, etc.) and with other entities of Syensqo.
- This includes research experience in an industrial environment, concrete discovery of the world of batteries and materials science, contribution to an innovation project, and working in a collaborative environment.
**You will bring**:
- Second year of master degree or last year of engineering school that you wish to complete as an intern in a research and innovation center.
- A culture of safety, autonomy, team spirit, rigor, curiosity, and a passion for innovation.
- Skills in inorganic synthesis, characterization (XRD, particle size analysis, microscopy)
**You will get**:
