**_Summary _**

**_You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions _**:
Technology Strategy & Implementation
- Support the short-term management and the long-term technology evolution of our TA systems
- Lead the implementation and integration of new TA technology capabilities, including AI-related tech
- Ensure the effective functioning of all existing TA technology

User Experience & System Enhancement
- Partner with Global Talent Acquisition to translate user needs into system improvements
- Develop system documentation and user guides to support global adoption
- Lead the technical implementation of specialized modules and integrations
- Support change management for new technology implementations
- Act as a global champion and advocate for TA systems and tools

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with IT, external vendors, and the LVMH Group on system integrations
- Manage user acceptance testing for new functionalities
- Collaborate with Regional and Market teams to ensure technology meets local needsSupport executive-level reporting on technology effectivenessTechnical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HR/Recruitment systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors (certification is a plus)
- Approximately 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions
- Fluency in English, French is a big plus

- Understanding of recruitment processes, particularly in retail environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Forward-thinking approach to technology trends in talent acquisition
