In less than a decade, ManoMano has become a key player in the home improvement and renovation sector.

Founded in France in 2013 by two French DIY enthusiasts amazed at the lack of digitalization in the market, ManoMano is now present in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK), federates over 5,000 sellers and now offers the widest range of DIY and gardening products online (+19 million products references).

**MISSIONS**

The FP&A team is responsible for planning and monitoring the company’s business model, from topline to profitability. We are the business partner of all teams, supporting them to build their targets, follow their performance and costs over the medium and long term. We are accountable for internal and external reports towards partners and investors.

Your mission

As part of the FP&A team, your goal is to drive the company towards profitability by ensuring all conditions are met to reach the EBITDA we aim at every year.

By monitoring all top line & costs, you have a tremendous impact on the profitability of the company, by both monitoring the big picture and supporting the teams on a daily basis.
- **FP&A partnering**

Drive end-to-end the budget process within your scope (annual budget, reforecasts, monthly financial reviews) & act as a business partner to senior leaders/VPs/Eteam members.

You will closely monitor tool cost with key metrics, cost ownership and provide financial support at contract negotiations/renewal.

Optimizing and automate**

Be a core user and develop Pigment usage to automate analysis
- **
Ad hoc analysis**

Take part in different analyses and business plans for Investors, e-team and other business partners throughout the company (Marketing, Operations, etc.).

**PROFILE**
- Background Bac + 5 graduated from a top Business School
- Experience 6-8 years in finance and/ or analytical positions
- Great analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet
- Confirmed business sense
- Good communication skills (oral and written) and be able to present financial topics in a simple way to non-financial audiences
- Speak French and English fluently
