**Your mission in the team**: As a Lead FP&A, you will join the Finance team to enrich and structure all the planning and analytics. As part of your missions, you will: - Drive budget planning process and ensure quarterly refresh with all teams; - Design and produce analytical dashboards for the management team (in coordination with the Finance data manager, business manager and VP team); - Work closely together with the Finance team to identify opportunities to simplify reporting structures and reduce workload; - Animate performance reviews with VPs; - Help decision-making and come up with a powerful lecture of our data; - Provide precise planning and help with tax and international structuration of the business; - Manage, coach and support 2 FP&A Analysts in their day-to-day tasks.
