**Votre Mission**:
En tant que Category Manager Photovoltaïque, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction des clients (spécialistes du photovoltaïque, artisans électriciens, installateurs tertiaire, industriels...) et dans le succès de projets stratégiques.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Groupe Category Manager, vos missions seront:
- Analyser le marché pour identifier les opportunités de croissance
- Élaborer un business plan et définir un plan d'offre national, segmenté par marché
- Garantir une expérience client optimale grâce à un plan de stockage adapté et une expérience digitale enrichie
- Collaborer avec le Trade marketing pour promouvoir vos offres
- Construire avec le marketing client des plans d'action clients ciblés
- Créer de la valeur ajoutée par des solutions personnalisées
- Assurer une veille technologique et réglementaire permanente
- Suivre et analyser la performance du chiffre d'affaires et de la rentabilité de la catégorie
**Votre profil**:
Idéalement diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience en distribution BtoB ou chez un industriel idéalement dans le matériel électrique.
Vous savez travailler en mode projet, et vous fédérez l'ensemble des interlocuteurs que vous adresser, en interne comme à l'externe.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre esprit de synthèse; vous avez un état d'esprit d'entrepreneur, prêt(e) à défricher et structurer un marché en forte croissance.
Vous avez une appétence pour le digital, et savez communiquer en anglais.
