We are a global **leader** in **Lead generation** and we power the growth of 200 clients **across 15 countries**. We are lucky to have a team of 100+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in offices across France and the U.S.
We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their **growth**. Dolead runs paid **marketing campaigns** faster, integrates customer **data** with confidence and generates **sales-ready leads** at a fixed cost per lead.
As a Category Manager, your main mission will be to develop the Net Revenue of your categories, driving the right Sales and/or Operations initiatives to constantly monitor the right offer vs demand balance, and giving to the involved teams a mid-term perspective. You are responsible for hitting the Revenue targets of the categories you manage.
To achieve that, you’ll need to embody Dolead category expertise (market knowledge and operation know-how) and constantly challenge and drive both Sales and Operations teams to ensure delivering the best possible net revenue.
Your responsibilities include:
**1. Drive the development of your Categories according to the monthly & quarterly business objectives**:
- Set the business objectives (revenue and margin) for each Category in your portfolio and update them on a monthly basis and at a Geography level
- Identify the business opportunities on your Categories (clients upsells), design the growth paths and synchro with your Sales & Operations counterparts to execute them
- Animate the Category-based approach in Dolead organisation (monthly or quarterly meetings, weekly category updates )
- Benchmark the main advertisers of your Categories and follow the market trends to push new initiatives and innovations to the operational teams
- When launching a new Category: endorse the market research, work with Sales to gather clients inputs, work hand-in-hand with Traffic & Maketing Operations teams to setup the launch and succeed in the test & learn phase, and share insights with the teams
**2. Improve the operational performance of your Categories’ Clients**:
- Analyze business and operational data to identify what performs and what has to be improved on the different Clients of your categories
- Brief the different Sales and Ops stakeholders to take the right actions in order to improve Business performances
- Follow the test results, log the operational know-how in your Categories and share it with your Ops counterparts to ensure Dolead state-of-the-art advertising funnels are roll-out everywhere
**3. Contribute in the key moments of your clients’ lifecycle**
- Marketing: input Marketing team with ideal clients to target, support Marketing efforts (content production )
- Deal-desk: input your Sales counterpart about what should be the best deal elements for a Client from one of your Category, and synchro with him/her on price negotiation if needed
- High-potential Clients launches: input MOps & Traffic teams with top performing Advertising axes of the Client Category and Dolead advertising tips&tricks to ensure the best performance from day1, review the end-to-end funnels before going live
- Test&Learn phases: support the operational teams in running their diagnosis (KPIs benchmarks), input them in test options, assist Sales in managing Client expectations (volume and/or quality benchmarks)
- Scale: coordinate Sales, MOps & Traffic to define the best Scale strategy for the Client, set the actions plan, follow its execution and readjust if necessary, attend to top clients Quarterly Business reviews
- Churn: assess Client Churn reasons and take the right outcomes for improving Dolead performances on the Category
**Profile**
- 5y+ experience in Digital Advertising ecosystem
- Business-driven and problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical skills
- Looking for a fast-paced & international environment: you have enjoyed working in English in a previous experience
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with strong communication and presentation skills: you proved your ability to drive cross-functional projects with a gentle touch of “soft power”
- Experience in operational campaign management (Search & Social)
- Tools : Google workspace (Sheet..) - SEMrush is a plus
