Global Communications Officer F/m

We are looking for a Global Communication Officer to join the People & Comm team of AXA Partners.

Your key responsabilities will be to:

- Build and drive communications plan on key AXA Partners strategic topics- Design Global communications plan for key AXA Partners strategic topics whilst liaising with SPOCs and key stakeholders to gain valuable input and buy in
- Create engaging storytelling and messages to deliver both written and visual communications
- Liaise with Digital teams to provide engaging materials for global audience and channels
- Drive execution through global channels and key regional communications contacts
- Active and regular participant in the AXA Partners Newsroom to provide regular and consistent content for AXA Partners global communications channels
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to- Gather regular feedback to adapt and monitor communications.
- Include BU content in overall comms plans
- Ensure key messages are being shared within the BU communities
- Ensure proportionate representation for all BUs in communications
- Collaborate with external communications colleagues to ensure alignment on all key messages for both internal and external audiences
- Advise BU Leadership on storytelling and communications best practices in delivering impactful communications. Provide communications framework and review on a regular basis to identify gaps and improvements

Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- ** Copywriting**: ability to create compelling and persuasive content. This includes crafting engaging headlines, taglines, and messages that resonate with our audiences.
- ** Storytelling**:creative and inventive storyteller with advanced written and visual communication skills**that make a memorable and positive impact.
- ** Visual communication**: understanding the power of visuals and being able to use graphic design tools and collaborate effectively with designers. This includes creating visually appealing presentations, infographics, and other visual materials.
- ** Video production**: understanding and managing the process of creating videos and films, including crafting compelling video scripts and storyboards (basic video editing highly appreciated).
- ** Social Media Management**: knowing how to effectively use and manage social media platforms. This includes creating engaging and adapted content, understanding platform algorithms, and staying up-to-date with trends.
- ** Excellent interpersonal skills**: being able to build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders and effectively collaborate at all levels of the organization on an hybrid mode, and as part of a diverse and geographically dispersed team
- ** Dynamic and results oriented**:with the ability to perform under pressure present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
- ** Ability to adapt**:new technologies, trends, communication channelsopen to trying new approaches and experimenting with different methods.
- ** Highly organized, detail-oriented and autonomous,** possessing the ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines, and able to work under pressure.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Brand, Advertising, Design, Journalism, PR or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience
- English proficiency (oral and written), French and/or Spanish appreciated
- Mastering photo / video editing tools
- Good knowledge of Social Media tools (formats, editing, etc.)
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Knowledge of CMS tools
