**Head of Technology**

Location one of our sites : LA LECHERE (73) / VENISSIEUX (69)

**KEY TASKS**
- Providing technical support to four production sites located in Poland and France in terms of technology, production process, product properties and compliance with norms / customer requirements
- Leading an organization of ~20 highly professional specialists
- Cooperating tightly with Operations, Quality Assurance, Sales and Technical Service as well as R&D and SCM (in defining material specification)
- Organizing technical knowledge transfer within the organization

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Master degree in Science (preferably chemistry, physics, material engineering, ceramics), PhD will be an additional asset
- Experience in carbon products / aluminum / steel / silicon metal industry
- Sound knowledge of raw materials, product characteristics, process technology and products use
- Strong analytical skills, background in R&D will be appreciated
- Strong leadership skills; proven leadership experience in leadership positions in the area of R&D, manufacturing or quality / technology
