**About the Job**

We are looking for a generalist **Legal Assistant** to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day legal and executive general support to the legal department of our company and the HR team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Field internal and external requests on status of contracts
- Help to Implement Company’s contract execution policy and procedures
- Provide assistance in reviewing contracts to ensure completeness
- Handle and Maintain Contracts and Shareholders Database
- Ensure compliance with corporate Laws
- Provide counsel and Administrative support in Human Resources topics (like Payroll)
- Facilitate and track the approval and execution process
- Field internal and external requests on status of contracts
- Implement Company’s contract execution policy and procedures
- Identify areas in need of legal process improvement
- Provide legal support in legal and tech interest

**What you should bring**
- At least 2 years of experience with Corporate Law
- Knowledge in corporate law in France.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related.
- Good English and French level
- Strong legal writing skills
- Ability handle conflicts, prioritize and perform multiple tasks, solve problems and/or propose solutions
- Detail and results oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Previous experience or knowledge in HR topics (payroll).

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 54,000.00€ per year
