**The Medical Affairs Systems and Analytics (MASA) Project Manager is responsible to**:

- Manage the business and functional activities related to the implementation of new medical systems and dashboards, and for continuous improvements of the existing solutions to optimize and simplify the user experience.
- Assist the Global Head of Medical Affairs Systems and Analytics in the search and design of any new system solutions or dashboard for medical.
- Accountable for gathering user feedback, identifying requirements for changes and enhancements.
- As the system owner, is responsible for the functional design, the validation of the system according to GxP and IT quality standards.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- ** Accompany the Global Head of Medical Affairs Systems and Analytics in the development and execution of medical systems roadmap.**:

- **Coordinate the business activities throughout the different steps of the project deployments or upgrades.**:

- ** Is the System Owner of medical systems and ensures the validation and continuous improvements of the existing medical systems**

This role requires full understanding of business processes and the way these platforms will be utilised by the end users, as well as functional expertise of the medical systems themselves.

In order to be considered for this role you must have an **advanced**experience in medical affairs or medical information with document delivery for system implementation projects (user requirement specifications, user acceptance tests, process charts, user instructions etc.)**

**French and English fluency are required.**
