**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Fleet Mobility initiatives across France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our relationships with fleet customers. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the KAM team, and monitor progress regularly.
- **Strategic Sales Management**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Fleet Mobility sector in the French Market.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of new fleet customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure adherence to corporate policies and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or fleet industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel within the French region as needed.
