Dans le cadre de son développement en Europe,
Chery
renforce progressivement ses capacités de
recherche et développement
sur le continent.

Créé en 2018 à Francfort,
Chery R&D Europe
constitue le centre technique du groupe en Europe.

En France,
France R&D
est une entité dédiée, dont la mission est d'adapter et de développer les produits Chery afin de répondre aux exigences spécifiques du marché français en matière de
conformité réglementaire, performance produit et qualité
.

Les activités de France R&D couvrent notamment :

  • le développement et l'adaptation produit pour le marché français,
  • la conformité réglementaire et l'homologation,
  • la définition produit (positionnement, spécifications, coûts),
  • la qualité et l'amélioration continue.

France R&D travaille en étroite coordination avec Chery R&D Europe et les équipes métiers du groupe afin d'accélérer le déploiement des véhicules en France.

À propos du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Expert(e) Cycle de Vie, Valeur Résiduelle (RV) & TCO pour piloter la performance et la compétitivité de notre portefeuille de véhicules particuliers en Europe.

Ce poste stratégique intègre RV, TCO et benchmark concurrentiel dans les décisions cycle de vie afin de garantir l'attractivité des véhicules (retail & fleet) et la rentabilité sur l'ensemble de l'écosystème ventes, leasing, finance et véhicules d'occasion (VO).

Vous travaillerez en interface avec les équipes Product Planning, Pricing, Sales, Fleet, Finance, Aftersales et Used Cars, et apporterez des recommandations clés au management.

Vos missions principales

  • Piloter la stratégie cycle de vie des modèles VP (ICE / HEV / PHEV / BEV).
  • Définir et gérer les objectifs de valeur résiduelle (RV) par modèle et marché.
  • Construire et optimiser les modèles TCO (retail & fleet) face à la concurrence.
  • Mener les analyses concurrentielles (prix, équipements, technologies, ADAS, EV).
  • Contribuer aux décisions de pricing, mix, incentives et rentabilité long terme.
  • Intégrer les enjeux RV/TCO lors des lancements, mises à jour mi-cycle et fins de vie.
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires leasing, fleet et finance afin de sécuriser l'acceptation marché.

Profil recherché

  • 8+ ans d'expérience en product lifecycle, RV management, pricing, gestion de portefeuille ou conseil automobile.
  • Solide expertise RV / TCO sur le marché automobile européen (leasing, fleet, VO).
  • Forte capacité analytique et orientation business.
  • Aisance dans des environnements transverses et internationaux.
  • Anglais courant requis ; français et/ou allemand apprécié.

Compétences & outils appréciés

  • Modélisation RV / TCO, analyse pricing
  • Excel avancé, PowerPoint, Power BI / Tableau (SQL apprécié)
  • Méthodologies de benchmark concurrentiel
