**Your mission**:

- We are looking for a Account Manager Apprentice to join the team at Klaxit by BlaBlaCar Daily. As Account Manager, your role will be to onboard new companies in the B2B sector, ensuring their fidelity and satisfaction with our clients
- You will be reporting to the B2B Customer Manager and collaborating with a team of sales, marketing, communication, and events

**Your responsabilities**:

- Assist key account managers / mobility consultants in managing your clients, onboarding new clients and implementing service until partnership renewal
- Take actions to foster loyalty with KAM / mobility consultants in order to onboard new clients (CAC40) and implement daily carpooling services within their companies, while ensuring long-term fidelity
- Organize events to raise awareness about daily carpooling and encourage its adoption within their company, both with clients and Klaxit by BlaBlaCar Daily event team. This includes event preparation, administrative monitoring, coordination, and report
- Prepare presentations, attend clients meetings, generate reports for KAM Update client relationship tools and different projects on a daily basis

**Your qualifications**:

- Interest in green impact / mobility, project management, client relationship
- Passionate about fostering client relationships, loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication both internally and externally, demonstrating professionalism in all circumstance
- Recognized organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting set deadline
- Strong writing skills and meticulousness in executing all tasks
