CFR Skills, cabinet de recrutement indépendant, recrute pour son client un Team Leader H/F basé à Paris pour un contrat en CDI.

Dans le cadre d'un contrat d'infogérance pour un grand compte du secteur bancaire, vous serez responsable du suivi et de la gestion des demandes et incidents pour les clients VIP. Vos missions incluront le contrôle de l'assignation des interventions aux techniciens, la supervision du déroulement des opérations chez le client, ainsi que l'analyse opérationnelle de l'activité pour prioriser les besoins et proposer des améliorations de service.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Être le point de contact principal pour les clients internes et externes.
- Encadrer l'équipe opérationnelle et organiser des réunions régulières.
- Gérer les réclamations et les priorités clients, en ajustant la planification si nécessaire.
- Veiller au respect des délais d'intervention.
- Gérer le planning en fonction des besoins du service.
- Escalader les problèmes récurrents et les événements importants auprès de la direction.
- Contrôler et rapporter sur l'activité opérationnelle.

**Profil recherché**:

- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en management.
- Fortes compétences en leadership et capacité à fédérer les équipes.
- Orientation client et sens du service développé.
- Connaissance des processus ITIL et de l'environnement IT serait un atout.
- Expérience préalable dans le secteur bancaire ou auprès de clients VIP appréciée.
