Description du poste
We are seeking a “Director, Commercial Segments Strategy ” who will lead the execution of our marketing strategy for our B2B segments.
Thanks to a data-driven and customer-centric approach, you develop new opportunities for growth, contribute to reach commercial objectives and drive commercial innovation via pricing, packaging, and local innovation to drive ARPA for our B2B customers.
You are the core interface within the France country organization of the centralized product team, working hand in hand with product marketing to ensure a seamless go to market for new products and offerings. You lead a marketing and commercial strategy team of 4-6 people to ensure business objectives in short term and prepare the long term opportunities. You participate in the construction of the marketing strategy to build and maintain a leadership position in the real estate classifieds sector across France.
You will work closely with your counterparts in other European countries to share best practice and drive competitive intelligence.
As a partner, you will work closely with commercial and product teams leaders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Revenue management - Own the strategies for pricing, packaging, offer generation to reach ambitious commercial targets through the continual innovation and development of best in class offers for all customer targets
- Commercial strategy - develop and execute commercial segment strategy
- Develop with Growth & Analytics colleagues and drive execution on 360 marketing plans (SEO, SEA, etc.) to reach ambitious growth objectives and develop new and existing business segments - geographic, customer segments, market segments, etc.
- Follow up initiatives and outcomes of our competitors and more broadly explore digital innovations to purpose new approaches.
- Be the voice of B2B customers to provide input and needs to the product organization in the intake process and product roadmapping to improve customer satisfaction and the customer journey both in short and long term
- Work hand in hand with research teams to advocate for insights needed and take those insights to create new commercial opportunities and strategies
- Excellent Project Management - creating work plans and leading cross-functional project plans to develop and launch offers to retain and grow B2B business
**Qualifications**:
- experience leading teams in cross-functional platform environments
- proven capability to lead teams with effectiveness in a matrix organization and changing environment
- data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on solutions, proposals
- strong interest in platforms, technologies and innovations
- low-ego who likes to share, interact and lead cross-functional projects
- strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business
- +10 years work experience in the field
