As a Quality Management Apprentice, you will provide organization support and logistics in our electronic laboratories, implement and maintain infrastructures for R&D activities
gain experience in Quality Management Systems, and reinforce a culture of safe practices in our workplace.
In your new role, you will:
- **Provide all resources needed for efficient lab activities **(controlled environment, equipment including calibration, lab rules and procedures, training, documentation, and digitalization );
- **Coordinate **and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs for the building **and its related installations, in compliance with Health and Safety regulations;
- **Be involved in facility projects **(such as new laboratories, office layout, etc ): from requirement definition, external facilities companies’ selection, budget request, and project follow-up, up to final achievement;
- **Ensure compliance with Infineon processes and internal rules **, be involved in internal and external **audits **, as well as in **management review **;
- Take part in **continuous improvement activities **and **support change management;**:
- **Reinforce a culture of safe practices in the workplace **by evaluating risk, implementing a prevention plan, raising awareness, and providing health & Safety training.
Your strong drive for quality, precision, and attention to detail motivates you in your role. You are proactive and are not afraid to make proposals that lead to improvement and more efficiency.
You are best equipped for this role if you:
- **Are studying Quality Management or Project Management;**
- Have a good command **of Microsoft Office tools;**:
- Know **database maintenance;**:
- Have good **communication **and **organizational **skills;
- Have a **meticulous **approach to work and the **ability to prioritize **different tasks;
- **Have a good command of English and French (mandatory).**
