Chargé(e) de Service Clients / Client Support Management

Au sein du département Service Client, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Service Clients, dont les missions principales seront la gestion de l’entrée en relation de nos clients (KYC), la gestion de la gouvernance client, être le point de contact privilégié entre nos clients et les services opérationnels internes en cas de demandes ou escalades, de coordonner place ou la revue des SLA avec nos clients, de participer à différentes initiatives qui émanent de nos clients (coordination de due diligence, de plan de sortie, d’enquête de satisfaction annuelle, etc.), et toujours dans le but de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.

Le/la Chargé(e) de Service Clients devra principalement:

- Gérer de façon autonome des réunions client (rédiger les agendas en amont, organiser et animer les réunions, rédiger des compte rendus dans les délais impartis, et analyser les points ouverts jusqu’à leur résolution) ;
- Être un point de contact privilégié pour nos clients institutionnels, s’assurer que la perception et la satisfaction de nos clients sur la qualité de service sont des éléments fondamentaux à optimiser au quotidien ;
- Effectuer la coordination de différentes équipes pour la revue des SLA, Due Diligences, etc.
- Participer à l’entrée en relation de nos clients ainsi qu’exercer le suivi périodiques des clients déjà intégrés (KYC)

Profil
- Formation requise : formation Bac + 4 ou Bac + 5 obligatoire.

Expériences requises:

- Vous avez une expérience minimum de 5 ans dans des fonctions opérationnelles (middle ou back-office titres et cash, valorisation de fonds, service clients, etc.) ou service client ;
- Vous une bonne connaissance de l’environnement Middle Office, Back Office, dépositaire ;
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances sur le métier de l’Asset Manager et des différentes priorités de ce type de business : production/validation des VL, problématiques de la gestion, etc.
- Vous avez déjà dirigé des réunions clients, et géré la coordination d’initiatives ou projets entre plusieurs acteurs,

Qualités personnelles
- Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous faites preuve d'initiative, de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de gestion des priorités, capacité d’apprentissage des process, des structures et des évolutions structurelles du groupe ;
- Doté(e) d’un bon esprit de synthèse, vous êtes à même de coordonner et de mener une réunion ou conférence téléphonique en interne: agenda, animation des discussions, revue des points bloquants, compte-rendu et suivi. Vous savez prendre du recul et procéder à une analyse factuelle de la situation.
- Gestion de la pression et flexibilité pour passer d’une tâche à une autre
- Excellente communication orale et écrite indispensable.
- Maîtrise des langues : Anglais courant indispensable.
- Compétences informatiques : pack office (word, powerpoint, excel)
