**Introduction on the role**:
As the Key Account Manager for France, you will be the driving force behind HEYDUDE's strategic planning and development for key accounts in the French market, with a focus on strategic marketplace mapping, including Fashion Specialty, Department Stores, and General Footwear channels. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong sales relationships, executing strategic plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve exponential growth. You will also develop key relationships with targeted accounts in France with a primary focus on achieving sales and sell-through targets for the market.

**What will you do?**

**Driving Growth**:

- **Key Account Leadership**: Take the lead for France's Fashion Specialty, Department Store, General Footwear wholesale channels.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop, manage, and execute sales and business plans for assigned key accounts in the French market.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate a comprehensive sales plan by account and product for all French market Key Account channels.
- **Exponential Growth**: Deliver substantial growth with a strong focus on key accounts by leveraging processes and operating tools to implement the strategic model for key customers.

**Execute Strategy**:

- **Strategic Execution**: Implement the France market wholesale strategy, concentrating on Fashion Specialty, Department Store, and General Footwear channels.
- **Strategic Input**: Provide valuable input into the development of strategy, serving as the footwear business advocate for key account-related aspects.
- **Project Leadership**: Plan, analyze, and execute projects and initiatives across internal functions, leading them across all focus channels and Key Accounts.
- **Sales Planning**: Collaborate with the Director of Wholesale, France, and Sr. Director HEYDUDE International to develop a sales plan (by account and product) for all France market Key Account and channels.

**Key Account Profitability and Productivity**:

- **Business Consultation**: Consult with managers to develop business plans and be accountable for achieving sales quotas.
- **Sales Analysis**: Analyze, evaluate, and report essential sales information promptly.
- **Market Assessment**: Regularly visit key customers and stores to assess assortments and make revisions to meet market needs.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate terms and conditions with key accounts in alignment with company expectations.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams to enhance profitability and focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Who are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Perfect command of the English language, speaking and in writing.
- 5+ years in Sales and/or Key Account Management, preferably in the footwear, casual, or sport industry.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Wholesale Key Accounts, focusing on French Fashion Specialty, Department Store, and General Footwear key accounts.
- Ability to assess customer needs and establish industry-leading relationships between the Brand and Key Accounts.
- Proficient in navigating complex Matrix organizations, fostering partnerships and relationships.
- Proven track record of driving successful growth strategies in complex environments.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- A balance of strategic thinking and deal-making mentality with innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Yes, mainly in-market travel with occasional international meetings.
