**Responsibilities**
1. Be responsible for France Logistic operation **improvement of timeliness and cost efficient**
2. Be responsible for selecting, developing, and implementing efficient, reliable, and timely customs clearance and last mile solutions, including supplier development and supplier relationship maintenance.
3. Cooperation with the China logistics operation team, responsible for France **last mile exception resolve** and clear up.
4. Seeking, planning and execution of all fulfilment & logistics operations, including preparing for peak.
5. Developing, communicating SOPs and managing against internal and external KPIs
6. Develop the local logistic team and provide daily coach and guidance to the team.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, trucking operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
2. France last mile expert, at least 5+ France last mile operation experience, and/or related 3+ years operation management experience. Familiar with France last mile market and have network with local last mile delivery supplier(e.g. France post); (must)
3. France work authorization. (Must)
4. Efficient communicator, leadership ability, and strong execution capability
5. Good MS office in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Willing to travel when required.
7. Ability to work effectively in a business-driven deadline environment.
**Salary**: Up to 7,500.00€ per month
