The Senior Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of the company and is effectively the general manager of a defined book of business and has top line revenue responsibility. You will responsible for ensuring Magnite exceeds our Publisher’s expectations in delivering on our core value propositions: making them money, protecting their brand, and saving them time. This role will be based in Paris.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
Play a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business of publisher accounts. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for ensuring Magnite exceeds our publisher’s expectations in delivering on value propositions: growth, transparency, efficiency.- Responsibile for day-day client servicing and trouble-shooting of a portfolio of Magnite’s supply partners- Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs including regular performance reviews on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for top tier clients- Proactive communication with Seller clients to deliver updates, including performance insights, optimisation feedback and suggestions for driving revenue- Drive key initiatives across a defined book of business to ensure accounts are optimised and transacting to their full potential: best practice adoption for onboarding/Seller set up, integrations and inventory management- Partnering with the Seller Lead by supporting tactical needs to achieve and surpass revenue targets and KPI’s, expanding client business by identifying issues and opportunities- Collaborating with internal stakeholders e.g. Seller team, Revenue Solutions, Platform Solutions and Product Management to help define and drive enhancements to the Magnite platform- Contribute to and help lead team-wide growth initiatives- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic eco-system, keeping up to date with new ad tech functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific tech developments- 3-5 years of experience managing internet advertising accounts (e.g. working for an SSP, large web publisher, or buy-side Trading Desk looking for a new challenge)- Strong account management/client-facing experience- Strong understanding of online advertising industry and publisher business models (GDPR, ad serving, ad exchanges, header bidding and online ad technologies focused on driving publisher value)-
- Detail focused and meticulous by nature, excellent organisational skills- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team- Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily- Intuitive/creative thinker: Problem identifier and solver, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously- Willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships- Presenting skills- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills- Fluent in english
