In this key role for our business’s success, reporting to the Director of Finance, your responsibility will be to lead the Accounting team through its next phase of development, in order to support the development of our global business. You’re a seasoned accounting manager? You’re looking for a place where finance is a key business partner? **YOUR MISSIONS \uD83D\uDCAA**: - Lead all accounting activities from general accounting to analytics accounting, for our 3 entities (France, US, Germany). - Ensure the continuous improvement and adherence to globally harmonized accounting processes, policies, and controls, properly documented. - Lead the preparation of local statutory accounts in accordance with local GAAPs and IFRS. - Liaise with external auditors during the year-end audit, to obtain the audit reports in time. - Work with external advisors to ensure the company meets all compliance requirements across taxes and obligations, minimizing fiscal risk and validating consolidated tax results. - Oversee and manage the organization's cash positions, ensuring optimal liquidity, while serving as the primary liaison with banking partners. - Administer our ERP (Netsuite), as well as other tools (expense management, cash ). - Daily interactions with other G&A departments (Billing, FP&A, Legal, HR) and with the business stakeholders - Oversee and mentor a general accountant and manage outsourced accounting firms **YOUR SKILLS \uD83C\uDFAF**: - Master's degree in Accounting, management control, or audit - DSCG level is imperative. - 6 to 8+ years of experience, ideally with a first experience in an accounting or audit firm (at least manager position) + an additional experience in a corporate accounting role. - Knowledge of ORACLE Netsuite is a plus - Knowledge of US Gaap and US sales tax is a plus - Fluency in English required - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization - Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and financial skills - Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results - Team player, with a positive customer service mentality - Unquestionable credibility and integrity **OUR VALUES** **Creative**: We don't do things the same way as others and we like that.
