1.负责速卖通跨境电商业务在法国的运营，借力用户&市场调研，挖掘本地生态生态流量（包括但不仅限于联盟/网红/社交/裂变/线上流量置换/线下O2O合作等），市场资源，协同站内导购&用户运营团队设计用户从站外到购买的全生命周期转化链路，优化用户体验，为网站流量&用户规模负责； 2.负责本地化商务资源/PR资源等的引入和维护，为业务健康运营保驾护航并开拓本地业务的增长点 3. 本地相关的其他业务，如突发事件应对等 1.Be responsible for France operation via user&marketing research, develop local eco traffic (incls affliate marketing/KOL marketing/social referral/O2O and etc),design end-to-end full chain conversion path from traffic acquistion to purchase conversion. Be responsible for user experience, traffic/buyer scale. 2. Develop local partnership and figure out new increasing points on local market. 3. Be able to solve all local issues especially emmergency event.
1. 在法国有5年以上电商工作经验，能熟练使用英文进行工作交流，逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，会中文更优。 2. 对本地市场有强敏锐度，了解并能分析当地电商竞手情况，具备综合策略的分析和思考能力。 3. 有电子商务的营销/市场/用户/行业类目/供应链等相关领域的运营经验，最好具备当地流量/用户/市场渠道合作的相关综合型项目经历，具备端到端长链条的电商全局分析能力和理解力，懂跨境业务更佳。 4. 学习能力强，心态视野开放，能接受全球化公司的高压挑战，具备较强的跨团队协同能力和带领团队拿结果的能力。 1. At least 5 years of solid operational experience in E-commerce with clear logic and strong communication skills. English as working language is required and Chinese is preferred. 2. Acquire ability of comprehensive strategies formulation and critical thinking with strong senstivity of local e-com business & rich knowledge of comeptitors. 3. Rich operational experience in related fields of e-com (incl. promotion/marketing/user growth/category/supply chain and etc.) with comprehensvie e-com understanding and end-to-end user conversion path design. Successful cases related to local traffic/user growth/marketing channels are preferred. Knowledge of crossborder biz is preferred. 4. Good learning ability,international vision,openminded, ready for heavy pressure from international cross-teams cooperation and leading team for great result.
