**Mission**:
The Talent and Learning Specialist is responsible for co-constructing and implementing the Talent Management and Learning strategy aligned with the company's business needs and capacity-building goals. In close collaboration with Business Units and the APAC & EMEA & Specialties HR Community, they will contribute to the structuring, deployment, and facilitation of learning and talent processes, programs, and tools to support the implementation of the division's Learning and Talent roadmap. Additionally, they will participate in Group initiatives related to learning and talent, ensuring the implementation of Group tools and programs at APAC & EMEA & Specialties levels.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Take active participation in the roll-out of the** Colas Group talent and learning strategy, processes and programs** throughout APAC, EMEA & Specialties and in the construction & deployment of EMEA Talent and Learning initiatives.
- Support the **deployment & use of the HRIS **used at Colas throughout APAC, EMEA & Specialties, and responsible for zone training reports.
- Provide dedicated support to country/regional HRs and BUs in conducting **people reviews, performance management reviews, and learning needs assessments.**:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support the execution of **talent development programs **to foster employee potential and talent retention.
- ** Conduct career development interviews** with identified high-potential employees and support in building a **Personal Development Plan**.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of **employee engagement and leadership development initiatives**.
- Effectively manage the **Budapest Training Hub **activities on behalf of the Group.
- ** Working closely with the APAC & EMEA HRLT & training communit**y, deploy & administer the Bouygues & Colas learning initiatives, optimize and prioritize our learning initiatives & share best practices.
- ** Conduct reviews and reporting related to Talent Management and Learning programs**, identifying areas for optimization, and proposing recommendations for improvement.
**Profile**:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in operational HR, with at least 3 years in Talent Management and Learning & Development, with a deep understanding of best practices and methodologies in an international environment.
- Master’s degree in human resources management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing and evaluating talent management and/or learning & development programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with culturally diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams/regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and familiarity with digital platforms is a plus.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Fluent user of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Position is based in Paris and might require business travels.
