**About the Role**:
As our **Sales Operations Analyst**, you’ll be the architect and driver of our Sales Ops function at a B2B SaaS scale‑up. Reporting to the CFO and embedded with the Sales team, you’ll ensure our CRM is rock‑solid, processes hum smoothly, and strategic initiatives move the needle on revenue growth. This is a hands‑on, get‑things‑done role—perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and impact.

**MISSIONS**:
**I. Data & Analytics**:

- ** CRM Administration & Data Quality**
- Maintain Pipedrive: pipelines, fields, permissions, validation rules and dedupe logic.
- Propose and implement data‑quality improvements to keep reporting reliable.
- ** Reporting & Insights**
- Design and maintain dashboards to surface performance trends and opportunities.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles in partnership with Finance.
- ** Ongoing Analysis**
- Run regular analyses—automated where possible—to highlight shifts in pipeline health and sales productivity.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales leadership.

**II. Sales Enablement / Processes & Tools**:

- ** Collateral & Training**
- Keep the sales deck up to date and deliver focused training sessions on tools and best practices.
- ** Process Optimization**
- Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous refinement.
- Track tool adoption and coach the team on new or updated processes.
- ** Automation & Integrations**
- Configure Pipedrive automations (alerts, routing rules) and manage integrations with Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Troubleshoot data‑flow issues and onboard additional tools as needed.

**III. Strategy & Optimization**:

- ** Territory & Coverage Planning**
- Design and update territory assignments using market and historical data.
- ** Pricing & Commercial Benchmarks**
- Maintain competitive pricing references and recommend guardrails to protect margin.
- ** Goals & OKRs**
- Partner on setting quarterly sales objectives; build simple trackers to monitor progress.
- ** Process Frameworks**
- ** Innovation & Best Practices**
- Stay on top of industry trends (AI prioritization, new engagement tools) and pilot those that add value.

**IDEAL PROFILE**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Fluency in **French**and **English**.
- 2-3 years in Sales or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise on a CRM (preferably Pipedrive) : setup, reporting, automations, integrations.
- Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel/Sheets and comfort with SQL or BI tools.
- Proven track record of mapping and optimizing sales workflows.
- Highly dynamic, solutions‑oriented mindset: you dive in, solve end‑to‑end problems, and drive results.
- Excellent communicator: able to distill complex analyses into clear recommendations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft).
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and territory‑planning methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and maximize their value.
