**WHAT IS THE MISSION**:
**Main accountabilities**:
- Be the privileged contact of the different regions to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business:
- Lead de monthly meeting
- Conduct guidelines and tools (SRP list, Order form, Distribution plan)
- Ensure success of new markets openings by:
- Coordinating openings with all the departments (legal / regulatory / supply chain / marketing / communication)
- Working in close collaboration with the Operational Marketing & Retail Manager in the openings execution
- Ensure success of new product launches by:
- Gathering feedback from all regions to share with the marketing team in order to optimize launches
- Working on estimations of quantities based on benchmarks
- Challenging regions on markets forecasts to be in line with the brand’s strategy and estimations
- After launch, following-up quantitative and qualitative data from regions and provide feedback to the marketing team
- Work in close collaboration with the supply chain team to ensure forecasts alignment vs budget, management of the rolling forecasts calendar, quota consumption on new launches and decrease of risk stock
- Help on the Fragrance seminar preparation:
- Conduct presentation
- Seed Lab sample/Mock up
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- BAC +5 Business school
- 2 years of experience in Business Development/Operational Marketing in the Cosmetics / Beauty / Luxury industries
- Ability to manage multiple projects, highly organized
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a multicultural context
- Problem solver / solution oriented
- Proactive and autonomous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet fluctuating deadlines
- Native French speaker with advanced level of English
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and advanced use of Excel
