Nous proposons un poste en tant que Customer Service Administrator / Gestionnaire Service Clients H/F (Paris - 75017) au sein du département Supply Chain. Au quotidien, vous aurez en charge les activités d'administration des ventes et de logistique pour les produits de Biopharma et Diagnostics Grifols France, notamment la gestion et le suivi des master data, des commandes, de leurs livraisons, des réclamations clients et de la relation clients.

**Quelles seront vos responsabilités**
- Gestion des commandes clients, de la saisie à la livraison.
- Gestion des réclamations clients et des ruptures de stock.
- Communication avec les représentants commerciaux et suivi des ventes.
- Surveillance quotidienne des stocks et rapports mensuels.
- Interaction avec les prestataires logistiques.
- Gestion des Master Data (clients, prix).
- Participation à des projets spécifiques et venir en support à l’équipe si besoin.

**Qui êtes-vous**

Pour mener à bien ce travail, une personne doit être en mesure d'accomplir chaque tâche essentielle de manière satisfaisante. Les exigences énumérées ci-dessous sont représentatives des connaissances, des compétences, de l'éducation et/ou des aptitudes requises. Des aménagements peuvent être apportés pour permettre aux personnes en situation de handicap de remplir les fonctions essentielles.
- Vous disposez au minimum d’un diplôme type Bac+2.
- Vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience réussie au sein d’une industrie pharmaceutique et/ou des dispositifs médicaux.
- Vous appréciez vivement collaborer et trouver des solutions au sein du Service Clients.
- Vous êtes un excellent communicant et vous avez cette capacité à fédérer et à convaincre.
- Vous faites preuve de dynamisme et d’adaptabilité à un nouvel environnement.
- Vous êtes organisé, doté d’une capacité d’analyse et vous savez prendre du recul sur les situations.
- L’utilisation de SAP est un réel atout.
- Vous disposez d’un niveau professionnel en Anglais.
